Leadership

Barry was born in Wisconsin, but at a young age moved to Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. He has served churches in Canada and the United States. He originally came to Seattle to attend graduate school at the University of Washington. Barry served as a United States Navy Chaplain for 25 years. Barry and his wife Barb have three adult children: Sean, Ryan, and Scott.

North Sound Church grew out of a desire placed in Barry’s heart to see a life-transforming community in Southwest Snohomish County that is externally focused, culturally-relevant, and Spirit-empowered.

Casey has been involved in music ministry for most of her life. She has a background in early childhood education along with music and has a passion to see people of all ages coming together united in worship. It is her goal that worship be something that draws us closer to God bringing all of the glory, praise and honor to Him.

Casey is joined by her husband Chris on the piano. Their daughter Olivia loves music just as much as her parents.

Robin joined North Sound Church with experience serving in youth, college, worship, and mission ministries. His desire is to encourage students to model their lives after Jesus, for them to develop their own relationship with God, and to live their lives in a great adventure with Him. Robin and his wife Dawnita, have three boys: Josiah, Jadon, and Justus.

Finny, prior to joining the NSC Team worked as an Internal Medicine physician. In 2015, he responded to the Lord’s calling and pursued theological training which brought him to the US. Love for God and Love for People has animated all decisions of his life and he considers it both a privilege and duty to “Reach All” and “Serve All” with the words and the works of Jesus Christ.

Originally from Mumbai, India, Finny resides in Edmonds, WA, with his wife Joanne, and four children: John, Hannah, Nathan, and Rachel.

Geoff Madison has served in Children's Ministry for over 40 years.  He has served kids in church ministry, non-profit ministry, and as a volunteer.  In brief ministry intermission years, Geoff also worked in residential construction and as a cast member at Disneyland.  He and his wife Maureen have devoted themselves to welcoming children to creative ministry at church and, in so doing, welcoming Jesus and God himself.

Geoff and Maureen live in Kirkland and are assisting in the care of Maureen's aging parents.  They have three daughters — Hilary, Hannah, and McKenzie — and two awesome grandchildren, Lewis and Ivy.
