Barry Crane, Senior Pastor

Barry was born in Wisconsin, but at a young age moved to Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. He has served churches in Canada and the United States. He originally came to Seattle to attend graduate school at the University of Washington. Barry served as a United States Navy Chaplain for 25 years. Barry and his wife Barb have three adult children: Sean, Ryan and Scott. North Sound Church grew out of a desire placed in Barry’s heart to see a life transforming community in Southwest Snohomish County that is externally-focused, culturally-relevant, and Spirit-empowered.

Allan Skoog, Worship Pastor

Allan has served in local church ministry most of his life. Allan brings a deep dedication to sharing the Good News with those who have not yet become followers of Jesus Christ. As Pastor of Worship Ministries at North Sound Church, Allan assists the congregation in events that touch the lives of those in our community and leads the congregation in worship. Allan has a rich background as a Worship Pastor and producer of major productions. In addition to his responsibilities at North Sound, Allan directs Mosaic Choir & Orchestra and Kinetic Young Adult Choir.

Allan and Kathie have three daughters and cherish time together as a family.

Robin Munshaw,  Youth  Pastor

Robin joined North Sound Church with experience serving in youth, college, worship, and mission ministries.  As Community Pastor, Robin is committed to see the church focus on making a difference here and around the world. Our goal is to have everyone at North Sound Church utilize their passions and gifts for the purpose of making Jesus known in the Edmonds community and around the world.  Robin and his wife Dawnita, have three boys: Josiah, Jadon, and Justus.

Richard came to Edmonds from Seminary as a youth pastor over 40 years ago. He has since served as a senior pastor in two churches, and as the founder & president of ChurchHealth, a non-profit church consulting organization. He and his wife Leona began attending North Sound in 2004 before joining the staff of North Sound’s parent church, Northshore Community Church in Kirkland where Richard served for ten years as Executive Pastor and Second Half Ministries. Together with his wife Leona they lead the ministry of Re-Ignite, focused on helping people discover their purpose and calling in a new season of life. His focus during this time at North Sound will be on helping people connect with the various ministry opportunities in the church and community. They love spending time with their families in Seattle which includes six grandchildren. They live “overseas” in Suquamish as a base for their ministry and commute to church in Edmonds by ferry.

Mark Morrison has served as a pastor to churches in Bothell, Snohomish, and Edmonds since 1977.  In addition to his role at North Sound Church, Mark leads Shepherd Ministries which has a heart to reach out to those who are without a church home.  He also ministers to students at UW – Bothell, and invests time in bringing encouragement to pastors.  Mark has been married to Judi for 39 years.  They have four children and nine grandchildren.

Jessica has been working with children in ministry for the past 18 years. She’s worked with children around the globe including Ukraine, South Africa and Mexico. She’s passionate about seeing children of all ages grow closer to the Lord. Jessica graduated from the University of Washington with her degree in Early Childhood Development. Jessica is a mother to wonderful girls, Taylor and Rory. In Jessica’s free time she loves to spend time with family, friends, and try new restaurants.
