In the Great Commission Jesus tells his followers (that includes us) that an essential part of their mission is to share the Good News. Sharing is not just a moment, it's a lifestyle. At North Sound Church everyone is encouraged to be good neighbors, good friends, good family, good employees and bosses, and in the context of good relationships, to be able to share the Good News at the appropriate time. Much of this is simply done on our own, but at North Sound we provide training and opportunities to have spiritual conversations. We offer regular events to which our friends can hear the Good News in non-threatening environments.

Community Events
It's a privilege for us to be on the corner of 4th and Bell in downtown Edmonds. This proximity has given us the opportunity to be involved with the community in many of the special events that take place. You will find us right in there with the rest of the Edmonds citizens as we participate in:
- 4th of July Parade
- Christmas Tree Lighting
- Antique Car Show
- Halloween
In addition, we like to put on a few of our own special events we hope the community enjoys.
- Christmas Dessert Theater
- Holy Week Services: Palm Sunday, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Easter Sunday

Global Missions
One of the ways North Sound Church supports the work of missions around the world has been through the support of some amazing missionaries. In addition, North Sound Church is involved in humanitarian relief efforts, Bible publication, justice missions, and the sharing of the Good News of Jesus Christ and his kingdom.
North Sound also focuses on the planting of new churches through the North Sound Church Planting Network.
